I agree with the bad reviews below. I can only assume that the positive ones were filled out by those working at the spa, I can't think of another explanation. I arrived at the salon a few minutes late and was left standing at reception whilst the manager was sitting down on the phone. Someone else then told me to sit down. I waited at least 10-15 minutes whilst she was on the phone, and then when she booked me in, she became annoyed that I was late.
