If you want to receive treatment from someone who knows what oil they are using to massage your head; don't go. (Incidentally its only olive oil - I could smell it) If you want to feel comfortable and not have staff members rudely chatting away in another language and laughing amongst themselves during what is supposed to be a relaxing massage; don't go. If you want to receive a full body massage with products that are not from a supermarket (Sainsbury I think it was); don't go. Most importantly IF YOU ARE PREGNANT; do not go for a full body massage, regardless of what they tell you when you book or even when you get there. Amongst other things they do not check what stage of your pregnancy you are at to determine what is safe and what is not; during the massage they do nothing to support either your bump or your back; and they do not check in with you at any point during the massage to ensure that you are comfortable and happy with your positioning.

Apart from that, since I originally emailed the company in APRIL to voice my concerns and check if anyone is actually qualified/trained to deal with pregnant women I have not received a response, other than to request my booking details.
