Looking to decorate your room or find a gift for a friend, well Portobello Nostalgic Images is a great place to go to. Even if the shop is tiny the choice is huge all the photos and advertising signs are packed up one on top of the other. The lady who holds the shop is really very nice and helpful, if you're looking for something in particular ask her she knows the shop by heart!
This shop reminds me of all the little shops around the Notre Dame of Paris. They all sell these metal nostalgic advertising signs like "La compagnie du chat noir" see photo on the right side.
Watch out because the Portobello Nostalgic Images is hard to find, it's on Portobello road but not with all the other shops it's a little more South.... read more
