Harrods

Harrods is for me the typical place where I'm just going to go window shopping. It's a place to go just to look around; not only the items that are for sale but also the building the decoration and the high security level.

First of all Harrods is a whole building, it is simply huge! there are multiple levels and I don't know how many different sections. Here are a few sections I remember: the Egyptian hall, the Food hall, the animal hall, the flower hall, the rug halls, and of course the jewellery hall.

you are not allowed in with a backpack you have to leave it at the entrance! There are security guards all over the place. When you go to the bathroom there is a man standing there and he gives you a paper towel after you washed your hands!

The selection here is extremely wide but the prices are very high too. That's why I just go for window shopping.
