Notting Hill Gate Mexicali closed in July 2008. A new bar and restaurant has opened this January. Called Cities Restaurant, it is owned by a a well travelled, food loving husband and wife team, who have put together a surprising and tasty, if eclectic menu of great world cuisine from the great cities of the world... but a good steak is a good steak, and it's nice to have a wide choice of styles in one place.
Having arrived in UK from owning a restaurant in Washington DC, The Cities weekend brunches are definitely American style: down to the unlimited refills of filter coffee.... plenty of time to wake up and read the paper.... read more
