If you are visiting the London area, than the one place that you MUST visit during your stay is the Globe located in London where during their open season you are going to see some of the best productions of Shakespeare’s work that you will ever come across.
Not only do they offer outstanding tributes to William Shakespeare and his work, through plays, and exhibits their play house offers programs and various events for children ranging from pre-school on up.
If you are only in for a brief time and do not have the opportunity to sit in the yard and view a show then you must make time to browse and shop the Globe store for special and elite theatre jewelry, clothing and play books. You are going to find a wide range of books, DVDs and outstanding gifts that you will not find anywhere else.
All year long you are also going to be treated to a tour of the Shakespeare’s Globe playhouse when you come and educate yourself with the exhibit hall, and come to pay your tributes to the great wonder of theatre as well.
Again, if you are in London mark this as one of the top 3 places to stop and visit during your stay. As many others before you have enjoyed the show; we assure you, a standing ovation will be in order.
