Heaven

I went here on Halloween with a bunch of friends. We were able to get in free with a few vouchers we had printed off from their website.

The place was pretty big with several dance floors that place different types of music. There is one main dance floor on the first level that also has a stage. On that particular night there was a brief drag show!!!

Many people were dressed up in Halloween costumes...although to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if that is how some of the people dressed on a daily basis! The scene was mostly comprised of gay men, with a few of their female friends...and the occasional straight guy that is attempting to capitalize on the absence of many other straight men.

I found the place to be relatively free spirited and non judgmental. It is a good place to go if you just want to dance with your friends and have a good time. Definitely check out their website as I believe they allow free entrance on a reasonably regular basis.

I have also heard from several friends that many big recording artists will make random appearances here from time to time...including the likes of Britney Spears...that is the power that the gays have in London!!!

Now at Heaven there are three good nights a week you've got the Saturday night which is good for heavy clubbers who like house and very commercial music. On Mondays its Popcorn night which is mostly dominated by the student category this is actually the only night I have attended to. The drinks are very cheap some are actually under 2 pounds! And the last evening that is really worth going to is on Wednesdays called Work they have a good facebook page called "The Wonderful World of Work! (Wednesdays @ Heaven)" that is definitely the next evening I am going to attend to. Here's a video I found on their site:
