Off season the Palace Court Hotel has a few affordable prices but if you go there on peak season or if you make a last minute reservation the price is just not justified at all. I think that this hotel is the typical hotel in London which is over priced, has bad service, needs repairing and they can afford to have their hotel this way just because they are well located in London.
I paid a double room for over 80 pounds (breakfast included) the room was alright but it did look cheap like the windows were not double. However I must admit that the Palace Court hotel is very well situated in Notting Hill and that our room was facing towards the back on a very nice little square.
The man at the reception didn’t even smile when we arrived nor when we left.
This Hotel has all the potential of being a great hotel but they just are not making the best out of it.
