How could you miss one of the capital's most iconic areas? What an opportunity to come and awe over the four giant lion statues. A true work of art frozen in time. In past times, you have been able to visit, walk around and even feed the pigeons, but currently they are asking that you do not bring treats, as this will help with the spread of disease.

The Square has many different exhibits, and museums for you to walk around, marvel over all of the artistry, take in some history and just enjoy London at its best. This is one of the FEW tourist sites in the city that you are going to be able to visit at your luxury and for little to mo monetary cost, at and the same time create memories for a lifetime. While you are there, Just to the north you are going to have the opportunity to visit two different museums, The National Museum is not to far away, as one other that are going to offer beautiful works of art, photography and pieces of history.
The square will also offer within walking distance, many different options for shopping experiences, great place to pick up souvenirs for those loved ones at home.

In the middle stands Nelson's Column and it is guarded by four huge lion statues. The name of the square commemorates the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.

This square changed drastically once Ken Livingstone became mayor, because before this square was invaded by pigeons who would leave their droppings all over the place. What he did was band the feeding of pigeons and in no time their number drastically fell and now the square has become a beautiful place to visit.

Trafalgar square is also a place where people tend to meet up for example people do so for New Years Eve or for demonstration.

Here's a video I picked up on youtube of the Trafalgar Square Freeze on Feb 16th 2008.
