            Museum of London
The museum of London is a great museum where the history of London is explained in details from the prehistoric times to today. Don't miss the marble head of Mithras (in the Roman London section) which once stood in a Roman temple in the City as well as the section on London's burning and my favourite which is a dazzling 1400 year old Saxon brooch that was found in a grave in Covent Garden. The entrance is free and you can get there by tube at the Barbican stop as well as the Moorgate stop. The Museum of London is ope read more
            Same Day Doctor
At Same Day Doctor you can get yourself tested for a large amount of diseases not only HIV but also for blood pressure, cholesterol level, diabetes and many more. As there are many staff members and as appointments do not last a long time you will not have to wait and can come whenever you want. The tests can be anonymous; you just walk in get the test done and then walk out. A consultation will cost you 100£ and the tests results can be received via telephone or in person. The concept of Same Day Doctor is good read more
            Tenore
Now here is a great place to have some quality pizzas. So many different places in London like Pizza express don't have wood fired ovens and it makes a whole difference! At Tenore, the ovens are wood fired and the pizzas come out delicious. You can take the pizzas for take away or you can ask for a delivery tool. There is also a private room and a garden at the restaurant but I haven't tested it yet. So if you're looking for a high quality pizza and delivered to your place you now know that Tenore exists. The prices ar read more
            Kings Institute
The Kings Institute is a privately held Institute where various courses are given. The different courses are English, English and computing, Web designing, graphic design and you can even get an advanced diploma in e-commerce. The courses are very cheap for what they are but unless you take a full year course I don't really think the diploma is going to really help you out... I took a web design course, it helps me out in the sense that I now have the basic knowledge to design web sites but firms really want to see more th read more
            Relax Soho
You can simply walk in to Relax Soho and if there is an available practitioner then you can get a massage straight away. That's what I did the first time I went and I was lucky. At Relax there are different massages and also different lengths (and of course different prices too!). First of all there is the chair massage; this is the express massage section where you can get a 10 minute massage or a 15, 20, 30 or 45 minute massage. This massage is fully clothed and there is no oil, you just sit on a chair, lay your he read more
            Believe it or Not
This place is like the Guiness book of world records but as a museum! You'll see some incredible things like a Mini Cooper encrusted with 1.000.000 Swarovski crystals or a four metre long model of the Tower Bridge made out of matchsticks! It is a great attraction to visit with your kids they'll love it! The only really bad thing about Believe it or Not is the entry fee, it's just out of price! Hold on here they are: For an adult: £19.95 For a child: £15.95 From their website you can get a 10% discount if you reg read more
            InSpiral Lounge
The concept of this place is simple: organic, healthy food and creativity! I must say they do it pretty well... The food you'll find at InSpiral Lounge is vegetarian, with soups, sandwiches, salads and there is also an organic cocktail bar. But of course the best comes last because the desert section is incredible! The cakes are probably the most delicious ones I've ever had and the coffee here is great too... In general the food here is a little expensive like all fancy organic and healthy food restaurants but you ca read more
            Rough Trade
Rough Trade is a little hidden when you're walking along Brick Lane, it's actually in Dray walk about 15 metres from Brick Lane so pay attention if not you will miss it. To help you out it's just next to the 1001bar which has a little shed in front of the bar where they sell hamburger (which are delicious by the way) and there will be lots of people sitting down outside at the terrace. Well Rough Trade is just in front of that bar. Rough Trade is basically a music shop where you can buy all kinds of cds. The choice is re read more
A.S.K Tattoo and Piercing Scott is the owner of A.S.K Tattoo and Piercing
I didn't actually have a tattoo made here I was just window shopping trying to find a good place to get a tattoo, so that's why I'm not going to rate this place. The place looks very clean and there were a lot of customers in the shop and one who was going to get his tattoo made which is a good sign. ASK tattoo and Piercing offer the latest designs in Tattoos with super bright colours and invisible UV, but of course if you want your own design just bring it in. I ended up not having my tattoo made at all but I woul read more
            Cafe 1001
I only came to the cafe1001 once and it was at lunch time. I was walking along Brick Lane going to Rough Trade (it's the music shop just infront) and I was starving! Just before entering into Dray Walk I could smell the delicious smell of roasted onions and burgers, I just couldn't resist! So I waited in the line which is outside, I didn't even know you could go inside to eat I thought that it was a whole different bar. But no, once I got my bacon burger with onions I went inside (there is also a terrace but the weather wasn read more
