            Fabric
The Fabric is probably one of the largest clubs in London it is situated in a gigantic warehouse not too far from the Farringdon tube station. This is definitely the place to be if you’re a techno, drum’n’bass or house music fan. The most known dance floor is the Bodysonic which has a well established reputation for it’s loud music and non stop dancing. On Fridays and Saturdays you’ve got the Fabric Live and Saturday is Gay night. read more
            The Old Bell Tavern
I’ve never been a great fan of food served at a pub but I must say that Old Bell Tavern is an exception. They serve a great sausage and Mash and only for 5,50 pounds all the other dishes are delicious too. Normally pubs are all about the drink but the Old Bell Tavern is all about the food. This pub was constructed in 1670 just next to the Saint-Bride church so that the workers could have a drink after their work so it has an old fashion look that makes the place very cosy. The Old Bell Tavern isn’t very far from the A read more
            Aphrodite Café
Pleasant little sandwich-bar serving English breakfast and fast food. The food is good, the service nice and they serve fresh fruit juice! One serving costs about 5-6 pounds. Perfect for a quick lunch with friends or colleagues. It is situated close to Bayswater station. read more
            Mr Christian's
This grocery store is a nice place to stop to buy a tasty quick lunch. Everything in the window looks appetizing and I recommend above all the olive-bread for sandwich making, delicious! You can only take-away, so best for a sunny spring day or to eat at home or at work. The store is situated close to Ladbroke Grove station. read more
            Books For Cooks
If you are looking for organic local food, a different menu each day and a place just like home, this is the place you need! Even the bread is made in the restaurant. This tiny place is originally a book store with books intended for gastronomy fanatics. The only problem with this restaurant is that there are always tons of people and there’s nothing left to eat starting from 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. It is close to Notting Hill Gate station. read more
            The Apple Store
I love it ! I could walk around for hours and hours just window shopping. This is probably the biggest Apple store I’ve ever seen. This shop is spread out on different levels and each level is divided in different sectors: cinema, music, computers, etc. If you need a rest, go to the ipod bar and if you have a problem with any item you bought, the client service (the Genius Bar) is useful. The Apple Store is on Regent street 50m from Oxford Circus. read more
            Golden Dragon
I don’t know which is the best Chinese restaurant in China Town but I can definitely tell you which one not to go to: the Golden Dragon which is on Gerrard street which is right in the heart of China Town. This restaurant is a victim of its success; it is always invaded with tourists and therefore has lost its charm. The staff is pretty unpleasant and don’t take the time to serve you correctly. However I must admit that the Dim-Sums are one of the best I’ve ever tasted. I would advise you to go to the Golden Dragon onl read more
This is probably the cheapest place you can stay at next to the Picadilly Circus. Last time I went I only paid 15 pounds for 1 night in a shared room. However if you want a double bed in a individual room, you will have to pay over 55 pounds. The infrastructure is very minimalist but you have everything you need except for in the kitchen, there is only a small microwave. Think about booking in advance, you’re not the only person who knows about this bargain. read more
